Visit of Mikros Animation Studio !

VISITE of the STUDIO

Two weeks ago, the students in the final session of the 3D animation cinema and visual effects training at ESMA Montreal had the chance to discover the Mikros Animation studio in Montreal!

The graduates of the program were invited to the premises of the animation studio and were able to discover how it works as well as the various projects in progress thanks to a presentation by Milica Vesic, Crew Manager and Dana Raad, Talent Acquisition Manager!

The group was then able to discover the premises and the working environment of the studio’s artists thanks to a superb guided tour from Milica as well as Anaïs Perlot, senior production manager!

FROM ESMA TO MIKROS

The students also had the chance to discover the career of Gregory Coelho, a graduate of ESMA France, who has been working for several years at Mikros Animation. The latter thus shared his post-graduation journey, his role and his daily work at the studio as well as his advice for future graduates.

QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD

At the end of this presentation, the students were able to chat with the presenters and ask them all their questions concerning in particular recruitment for juniors at the end of their training as well as the presentation of demoreels.
